SharePoint 2013 - Drag and Drop limitations

SharePoint MVP Michal Pisarek dedicated a blog about drag and drop. The following limitations apply:

• You can move single and multiple items within the same library into folders and document sets
• You cannot move folders or Document Sets using drag and drop at all (you also cannot upload folders from the desktop, it must be individual items)
• You can move single or multiple items across libraries within the same site using drag and drop
• You can move items from picture or asset libraries but you have to be in a list view
• You cannot move videos
• You cannot move whole folders or Document Sets
• You cannot move list items
• You cannot move items across Sites
