One of the great features within the Office 365 administration center is service health:
It provides you with a clear overview of the status of all the Office 365 services. There is also information about upcoming updates. To see these messages you have to logon to the portal, let's be honest you are not doing this the whole day! To make life easier you can use the RSS feed:
Just connect this to Outlook and you will receive all the important updates in your e-mail!
