Lync 2013 - Tabbed conversation view

The new Lync client has a nice new feature:

All conversations are presented in a tabbed view. This is great because you can easily navigate through all your conversations. A nice improvement compared to Lync 2010. I also like the option to "pop out" the conversation window by using this button:

The conversation window is separated from the tabbed view and at any moment you can click the following icon to merge the window again:
