Office 365 migration - Issues connecting to SharePoint

All of our BPOS customers that migrated to Office 365 encountered the following error:

Microsoft Online Services is unavailable from this for one of the following reasons:

Office365_LoginError

I created a service request with Microsoft and got the following reply:

Ensure that Microsoft Single-Sign on tool (used for BPOS) is deleted > Open up Internet Explorer > Click 'Tools' > 'Internet Options' > Click the 'Security' tab > Select 'Trusted Sites' > Go to 'Sites' > Uncheck 'Require server verification' > Add *.sharepoint.com and *.microsoftonline.com > Close this pop-up window > Select 'Local Intranet' > Go to 'Sites' > 'Advanced' > Add https://*.microsoftonline.com and https://*.sharepoint.com to this list > Close down this pop-up window > Go to the 'Content' tab > Hit 'Clear SSL State' > Now go to the 'General' tab > Hit 'Delete' > Delete temporary internet files, cookies, form data, and passwords > Restart the browser

This solutions seems to work, I have been getting positive feedback from our customers Smile
